1.7 The terms “service,” “transfer” and “journey” refer to the transportation or vehicle hire services provided by Exclusive Cars Northants Limited.
1.8 The term “booking” refers to the request from customers, users and clients who wish to use our services.
1.9 The terms “pick-up address” and “collection address” refer to the address or location stated by the customer/passenger at the time of making the booking as the address from which the vehicle shall collect the customer/passenger.
1.10 The term “drop-off address” refers to the address or destination stated by the customer/passenger at the time of making the booking as the address at which the vehicle shall drop off the customer/passenger.
